Joint meeting of the Orleans, Brewster and Eastham Boards of Selectmen to continue discussions on the Tri-Town septage treatment plant facilities and the O-B-E Groundwater Protection District Intermunicipal Agreement.

1. Call to Order
2. Meet with Stantec Consulting Services – Overview of the Tri-Town Septage Treatment Facility Evaluation Cost Estimate Update
a. Costs associated with continuing to operate facility through Dec. 2016
[. Costs associated with obtaining a new 5-year groundwater discharge permit and extending the operation for an additional 20 years beyond Dec. 2016
3. Review draft IMA extension through Dec. 31, 2016 and discuss possible articles for the annual town meetings to fund necessary facility repairs in FY15
a. Board of Managers recommendation – each town requests $100,000
4. Review District Employee costs related to the decommissioning of the facility
5. Schedule a follow up meeting to discuss next steps
a. Decommission planning for Dec. 2016; or
b. Further extension of IMA beyond Dec. 2016
6. Adjourn
